Saw the *extraordinary* Ocean at the End of the Lane at @RegandVic tonight. It was like nothing I’ve ever seen before and richly deserved the standing ovation. Made me want to re-read the book by @neilhimself 🙌

With a huge mix of emotions I will be leaving The Sentinel / @Sotlive in the New Year. It has been one of the great privileges of my life to work here (twice!) but I’m so excited to join the fabulous local charity @betterstoke to lead their PR and communications.

Forgive the self-congratulations but I have just completed @thebodycoach’s Ultimate Beginner Challenge and I’m pretty darn proud of myself! Could barely manage the first workouts but stuck with it and I can already see progress. Goodbye ultimate beginner, hello beginner! 🏆
