    I teach algebra to repeat 9th graders. They struggle with fundamental concepts because they do not have the multiplication table memorized, and therefore struggle with division. Because they are slower on a calculator for basic math calculations, they struggle with everything

    I’m a teacher. I’m responsible for their safety above all. I was taught in university while studying for a masters in education to never indoctrinate. School values and society values must never interfere with family values. That is not our job.

    No names were published. Nobody’s address or personal information was published. Every year, Hawaii state employees salaries are published with their names. It’s public information because salaries are paid with taxpayer and state land revenues. I see nothing wrong here.
