60+ years ago I was provided highest level classifications to lead DOD work on nuclear weapons&anti-missile defense. Informally briefed on "otherworld technologies" by CIA's Richard Bissel (who had been in charge of Skunkworks, Area 51, Los Alamos, etc.) but sworn to secrecy.

I do not know Luis Elizondo, & have no connection with his book's publication. The contents had been disclosed previously, and I simply thought time has come for the rest of humanity to start thinking about what it means for understanding of the world in which we live

Thomas Townsend Brown born at start of last century, but born decades before, Nikola Tesla's research known. I believe Tesla laid foundations. Ning Li born much later. Also some WWII German scientists also in this. Humans were onto this before UAP discoveries--but not developed

You asked "is there actual recovered NHI tech?" The answer is yes, in several different hands, both government and private hands. For example, knowing such technology has enabled planning for moon to Mars transportation in days, not years. Don't ask me who has such tech.

In the critical hours of Cuban missile crisis on final day just before Kruschev backed away, Curtis LeMay wanted authority to make “surgical nuclear strikes on USSR to teach Soviets a lesson”. I persuaded rest of attendees to back off if Kruschev did. He angrily stormed out.
