- One year ago we lost a gem. Megan was a beautiful, cheerful, friendly, bright young girl with a wonderful future ahead of her. She was the type of student all teachers dream of teaching. Today we all remember Megan and 21 others. All our thoughts are with Jo, Mike and Bradley.
- Our memorial garden ensures that Halewood Academy will always remember Megan Hurley. Future generations of students at the school will learn all about Megan and the values she showed during her time at school. Today, we send all our love to Jo, Mike and Bradley.
- 2 years today. All our thoughts are with Jo, Mike, Bradley and all of Megan's family and friends. 🐝🧡

- This morning, 2 Year 7 students found a £10 note on the way to school near the bus stop. They showed great honesty by walking straight up to Mr Evans and handing it to him to see if the owner could be found. Libby and Sean-you are BRILLIANT! Thank you so much! We found the owner!

- Thanks to the donations from our 'Wear Orange' day and cake sales we have been able to add this beautiful bench to our memorial garden for Megan. Thanks everyone! 🧡🐝

- Mr Evans and Year 11 student Stephanie Day were invited onto @BBCBreakfast today to talk about the improvements at Halewood. It was great to get the positive news about schools in Knowsley out there.
