Top 4 at Milwaukee with Absol box!
Huge props to @TordReklev for the deck - it's super creative and it was an absolute blast to play. I barely got any time to test beforehand so I got to figure out most matchups on the fly which was awesome 😅

- 1st Place at SLC regionals with Arcues Goodra! This deck is wildly underrated. People will call it "just a good meta call", but it's an inherently strong deck. Shout-out to the @Cutortap guys for all their support! Not going to be traveling much for events, but I'll be around!
- Top 8 at San Antonio regionals with bird control. The archetype is awesome and honestly has a lot of room to grow. I've gotten top 8 at 3 of my last 4 regionals (going back to 2019) which is nuts. 3 cards are missing from this list - Peonia is trying to find them...
- I've always regretted not "retiring" the decks I do well with (keeping them around and sleeved up to look back on). Not making that mistake this time!
- Top 64 (9-2-2) at San Antonio with 0 Boss 0 Tina Regidrago Dusclops I can't say for sure that it's better than regular Regidrago (I think it is), but it's DEFINITELY more fun. Explanation in comments, feel free to ask questions 🧵
- 20/1498 at Portland regionals with Snorlax Pidgeot Straight Snorlax is probably the better variant with Tina everywhere. 27 1-of cards has to be a record and made prize checking a nightmare. Don't play Charizard; it didn't do enough against Tina and I had to cut too much for it.
- Big misplay by Regis on stream at Lille. Their hand was Research and Marnie, their opponent (Kyurem) had a large hand, and Regis was unable to start attacking yet. They played Marnie; ALWAYS play Research here. His opponent's hand was irrelevant; he NEEDED to get attacking. (1/2)
- 11-3-1 for top 16 (10th) at Vancouver regionals. I took a questionable ID that did not pay off - my resistance tanked in the last round to bubble on opps opps win %. Deck is really good in this format. I couldn't be more excited rotation. Next stop probably LA

- Reminder for everyone playing in worlds: you'll be competing in a room of 1000+ of the best players in the world. Half of those best players are going to finish in the bottom half. Not everyone can have a good finish, and that's okay - do your best and enjoy the experience!
- How is Gift Energy STILL broken on PTCGO?? Kind of ridiculous at this point...
- People who mix in yellow borders by using older arts are sociopaths - change my mind
- Replying to @HaleObernolte and @TordReklevIdk what the opposite of a shoutout is, but I definitely will never play with katana sleeves again - they stick like crazy 💀
- My take on the Tord vs Jason debate: Tord is a better player, but Jason was further ahead of the rest for his time. Which makes it difficult to compare - how good would Jason be if he was still playing? I think Jason would be better than Tord, so he's still the goat to me
