U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky - a former ED of a Housing Authority pled guilty to wire fraud and bribery concerning Federal funds. She allegedly embezzled over +$120K for personal use.

A HUD OIG Southeast Region investigation found that a former Executive Director caused the housing authority to pay over $200,000 for fake maintenance services, including lawn care and landscaping , and used agency credit cards for personal purchases.
