Hello friends and followers! I just wanted to let you know that I am trans non-binary. I don’t know if this is the end of my journey or not, it’s how I feel now and I’m proud to share it with you. My pronouns are they/them and I’d rather you used H, Hen or Henners. Thanks 🏳️‍⚧️❤️

Every game of cricket is improved by the presence of @nassercricket on the mic - but I absolutely love when he’s covering women’s cricket. Proper analysis, in-depth knowledge, not afraid of criticising when necessary, and understands the wider context 👏👏👏

Well done, Cricinfo. Language changes may feel unnecessary to some - especially to those who have no experience of being defaulted out of the language - but evolution happens all the time and it's 100% correct that men's cricket isn't the default for our game's terminology.

Match managing. Umpiring. Venue managing. Streaming. Match refereeing. Groundspersoning (yes, it’s a word) - plus a number of women in the press and commentary boxes. Important to see tangible signs of our game becoming more representative and more inclusive.

A superb cricketer and a superb person. We will miss you, @Anya_shrubsole. As well as the wickets and the trophies and the celebrations, it’s going to be tough to replace the quiz knowledge, musical singalongs, Portsmouth chats, dog pics and jumpers. #ThankYouAnya
