These double-standards help no one. If the Crumbley and Gray parents can be charged with homicide, there are many more parents whose passivity in the face of likely lawlessness deserves equal scrutiny.

Here's a clip from my remarks @UCBerkeley for a crime symposium hosted by @Heritage @BerkeleyLaw I addressed, in part, why the slight drop in violent crime last year is hardly worth celebrating. For that, I was likened to Goebbels and Hitler in my use of "factual propaganda."
