Football off-season looks a lot like track in-season. Maybe there is a connection!?!? 🤔

This remains one of my favorite TJ drills (thanks @joey_pacione!). Going from this right to working on 1st phase into the pit works really well. TJ article on the horizon.

Yesterday I saw a kid skateboarding at a park by himself. He was attempting a trick for over 45 minutes. He fell, A LOT, but kept getting back up. Maybe us old people should stop complaining about “kids these days” and do a better job at tapping into the resiliency they have!

Quinton Stringfellow’s 49-4. Him finishing this jump may be the most athletic thing I’ve ever seen in track and field.

Chris Korfist coached his first 4x100 state champion this weekend. Awesome moment. A better moment was when he was helping another school w/ RPR. When asked why by our athletes… “There’s nothing better than helping a stranger.” Phenomenal coach, better person.
