Oh my heart! This touched me to the core. Someone from Corner Brook, Newfoundland & Labrador made this amazing rug-hooking art and mailed it to me. I am moved by their craft, time, dedication and love to my dancing. Thank you, Canada, for so much love 🙏🏽❤️🤗

Yesterday evening I received my Covid-19 vaccine. Then I went to a frozen lake to dance Bhangra on it for joy, hope and positivity, which I'm forwarding across Canada and beyond for everyone's health and wellbeing.

When it was -37ºC cold in the Yukon wilderness yesterday, was feeling like -47ºC with the windchill, I warmed myself with high energy Bhangra moves. Sending this joy and positivity across Canada and beyond.

I received a box from Wheelock (Vermont, US). When I opened it, there was a handmade quilt & letter. The sender, Beth, wrote, “I’ve made you a quilt to celebrate your dedication to helping us find our inner joy ... during some very dark days.” Oh World, this means huge to me! 🙏🏽

Today, I received my second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Then I went to a frozen lake in the lap of pure nature to dance Punjabi Bhangra on it for joy, hope and positivity, which I'm dispatching to Canada and beyond for everyone's good health. YouTube: bit.ly/5-uv

It was convocation day. I received my degree in education from the Yukon University today. All degrees require hard work, but everyday Bhangra dancing continued to give me positivity which I used to create my assignments on time.

Today is my birthday. I had different plans for it. My bagpiper neighbour Jordan Lincez had different!

Aven is 8 years old daughter of my good friend here in the Yukon. Yesterday, she received her first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Today, she and I danced Bhangra together at -22ºC/-7.6ºF temperature on snow to celebrate it. Don't miss to notice our matching mukluks! 😊

Someone in Canada, whose mother is battling Covid in the ICU, wrote to me asking if I could dedicate a dance to their mom. With this dance in the wilderness, I'm sending all the positive energy her way. I'm also forwarding it across Canada & beyond for joy, hope & positivity.

Sadness is precious. Don't reject it as something you didn't need it. Sadness helped you in many ways, such as seeing humanity, relating with others, gaining new perspectives, and, most importantly, empowering you to find your inner joy & strength. From my cabin, I'm sending joy.

I once met the leader of our country. I was wearing just an ordinary t-shirt, and he didn't care whether I was dressed up in a suit or not.
