- Time for One Big Beautiful Lawsuit🚨BREAKING🚨 House passes Senate’s $0 NFA tax stamp 218-214. GOA, @FRACAction, @SilencerShop, @palmettoarmory and B&T USA will file a lawsuit to remove suppressors & short-barreled firearms from the NFA. The NFA now stands on more unconstitutional grounds than ever before.
- There is no historical language from congress as to why suppressors were added to the NFA in 1934. It was wrong 90 years ago, it's wrong today.The National Firearms Act was an infringement in 1934 and it is an infringement now. - As we have said all along, this law was unconstitutional, by any stretch of the imagination and Judge Benitez sees it as we do. He suspended the entire law!
- The Senate did the right thing and included the removal of the excise tax on SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs in their bill text! The NFA is nothing but an unconstitutional tax and we will continue to fight to make sure we remove suppressors & short-barreled firearms from the NFA.🚨BREAKING🚨 The @SenFinance Cmte. has improved the One Big Beautiful Bill to FULLY REPEAL the National Firearms Act excise taxes on: ✅Suppressors ✅Short-Barreled Rifles ✅Short-Barreled Shotguns ✅Any other Weapons This is a massive victory for the Second Amendment!
- The whole 2A world is united against tyranny!!The NFA is the ONLY excise tax repeal that has EVER been struck under the Byrd Rule. This ruling sets an anti-Second Amendment precedent and we cannot stand for it.

- First, SCOTUS agrees that gun makers & sellers cannot be held liable for 3rd party misuse. Second, all 9 Justices agree that ARs are in common use for lawful purposes.
