    4 years of showing up everyday to practice. 4 years of making his team better. Teams that win big games win those games because of guys like this. Everyone can’t be the leading scorer but everyone that is fortunate enough to be on a team can be a great teammate. #WinInTheDark

    Treating anything but D1 as a fall back option is a sign of ignorance, arrogance & entitlement. D2,D3,JUCO & NAIA are loaded with great Coaches, environments and talent. An offer means you’re wanted & they believe you can play. Be grateful & respectful. #AdviceForJuly

    Shot Clocks (1) reward defense (2) require Coaches to teach skill not just schemes (3) keep games from being keep a way and FT contests (4) allow more strategies (5) the rest of the world uses it It’s time for HS Basketball to change.

    Let’s be honest, 2/3s of the College Coaches in the country wouldn’t recruit the back court for Loyola Chicago because they can’t “play at our level”. You’re correct, they play at a Final 4 level.

    One of my favorite 4 man 2 ball drills. We go for 5 minutes (2:30 each direction) on both ends. 8 guys working while the rest get water. Working Water Break

    Dear Dad, It’s not your job to get a 10 year old in shape. It’s your job to make them fall in love with ⚾️ 🏀 🏈. Don’t ruin their experience by conditioning at the end of practice just because you did it in your practice 20 years ago. Make sports fun. #Truth

    HS Coaches, we have to do a better job strengthening our relationship with D2 Coaches. All the swing and misses by D1 schools might look bad on them but it’s killing the HS kid with D2 abilities. We’ve got to make our kids more recruitable over a transfer Great Coaches in D2!
