    There'll be snide comments about celebrating like they won the league blah blah but after 22 years they should fall on deaf ears. It WAS a huge win. Does it suddenly transform #EFC into a title contending city-dominating super-club? No. But it's a long overdue step forward

    #Everton worked with the PL to ensure all dealings were FFP compliant when it was clear they were close to breach. Everything was done with PL scrutiny. That same organisation have now approved head spinning disproportionate penalty arguably as political tool to avoid regulation

    Obviously terrible what happened to the Man City bus but TV news need to retire the 'fans threw missiles' line as if Kenny from Fairfield was launching Tomahawks from outside the Arkles.
