Those who watched him play for #Everton's first team said Billy Kenny had it all - but by 21 he had retired from football & his life was out of control. After decades of silence he tells his story (Boxing Day special - Athletic is £1 a month for a year)

    A picture saying a thousand words #EFC

I'd say the only certainty from today, as it stands, is that #Everton supporters deserve better than this

There'll be snide comments about celebrating like they won the league blah blah but after 22 years they should fall on deaf ears. It WAS a huge win. Does it suddenly transform #EFC into a title contending city-dominating super-club? No. But it's a long overdue step forward

#Everton worked with the PL to ensure all dealings were FFP compliant when it was clear they were close to breach. Everything was done with PL scrutiny. That same organisation have now approved head spinning disproportionate penalty arguably as political tool to avoid regulation

Seamus Coleman is an absolute Corinthian. Speaks so well and has helped the club he loves break one hell of a psychological barrier today. #EFC manager one day?

Whatever happens now Pickford has been exceptional during this tournament #EFC

Obviously terrible what happened to the Man City bus but TV news need to retire the 'fans threw missiles' line as if Kenny from Fairfield was launching Tomahawks from outside the Arkles.

Michael Keane has been a colossus here in every sense. That goal. More successful accurate passes than anyone else on the pitch, more touches, more clearances. MOTM comfortably #EFC

I'm going to write about James Rodriguez now and I'm going to enjoy it.

There are many different ways to be shite. This #Everton are good at finding novel ways to be shite while actually not being shite but nevertheless ensuring shite results

I'll never understand how that isn't a penalty

Breaking: Everton’s £500 million Bramley-Moore stadium plan has been approved unanimously by Liverpool Council’s planning committee. Major step forward 🔵🏟️

Some clubs are furloughing non playing staff... #EFC's CEO has ensured that match-day stewards still get paid in the lockdown & when football returns they'll get paid again for the games. Prepared & compassionate. More on #Everton's #Covid handling 💙
