    Today, the @IrishRugby WXV depart on an historic tour to Japan. I’m just so grateful to the players & management for all their efforts since the 6N. It’s truly special. We will do everything in our power to represent this incredible country in it’s best light ☘️ Slán go deo

    I can’t begin to explain what this represents. Tough times, patience, love, doubt, insecurity, fear, woes, laughs, safety, calm, respect. Chasing a ball of air is a blessing. This morning I’m grateful. You’re my rock. Disappointed yes, but incredible excited for the future 🙌🏼

    GONG-ALERT @McWilliepants completed her 8th and final chemotherapy treatment today. Not out of the woods yet but a major hurdle reached. Just so proud of her attitude and fight #ruckcancer

    Today at 9.30am, the 1st ever group of professional WXV players assembled @ the HPC. A massive day, not only for the @IrishRugby WXV program but for so many young female athletes in Ireland who can now say “I want to be a professional rugby player” See ya down the path ☘️

    Four years of savage work to go out to a clear knock on, no TMO. I appreciate 7s has different officiating guidelines but at this level, that is unacceptable. Super effort from the players and staff. Lots to be very proud of 🙌🏼🇮🇪
