Acquitted! After 14 months, a victory for every journalist and all those who believe in free speech. Defend journalism; Expose Labour; Repeal Section 127
- I have recently been told by @sussex_police that I may be charged on Monday for publishing (on June 25 2024!) a single screenshot of a single tweet by @IvorCaplin. Because I - but not him? - contravened Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.
- Replying to @GregHadfieldI was interviewed under caution on Friday, September 13, after a complaint by @SharpeFiona on July 4 If charged and found guilty, I face up to five years in prison. If you haven’t heard of this awful piece of legislation - routinely abused by police forces across the country…
- Replying to @GregHadfield….Read this: bigbrotherwatch.org.uk/wp-content/upl…
- And there it is: I am being prosecuted in Court 11 of Brighton Magistrates' Court tomorrow, for posting a single screenshot of an Ivor Caplin post on X. Along with people accused of beating an emergency worker, possessing a knife in a public place, and making an indecent image
- EXCLUSIVE: The full details about how Labour MP Peter Kyle triggered a 4am police raid on a constituent — for writing to him about Israel’s genocide.
- It's interesting that there has not been a peep, a tweet, or a post from Ivor Caplin's closest friends: @peterkyle, @SharpeFiona, @AlanRosenbach, @BellaSankey, @sueteddern, @edwardcrask, @tom_watson, @BoardofDeputies, @JewishLabour. Not a peep, a tweet, or a post. Why not?
- Replying to @GregHadfieldSo I am going to be charged for tweeting a single screenshot of a single post by Ivor Caplin, a very modest example of hundreds he has liked/posted/replid-to over the last 20 months. And seen every day by his 3,342 followers.
- Finally! Now let’s talk about the years-long cover-up by @UKLabour and @bhlabour. And discover what @peterkyle knew and knows about his most intimate friend for 20+ years.
- Fortunately, before Caplin and/or the police delete his account (today?), I have screenshotted *everything* over the last two years (and longer). Including followers of Caplin (and their interactions). But I’m still puzzled why @RachelReevesMP follows him! What does she see? There must be quite a few people out there frantically deleting their twitter timeline, as well as unfollowing each other, in a state of self-protectionist panic.
- Replying to @GregHadfieldAnd I'm going to be charged, with the threat of up to five years in prison. Meanwhile, Ivor Caplin - having been "NFA'd" = No Further Action - for his alleged sexual assault on a vulnerable homeless person in Willam Collier YMCA hostel on March 7 2024.
- Replying to @GregHadfieldSince his recent arrest Caplin is on bail until April 10 and still holds his parliamentary pass. And his best friend Peter Kyle is in Parliament. And Fiona Sharpe still holds the Chief Contable's Commendation, awarded in February by CC Jo Shiner, of Sussex Police.
- For six. years, I have been doing to @UKLabour what @UKLabour has been doing to you. When #LabourFiles ends on Al Jazeera, I will disclose what I - and they - know about you. Especially the now-revealed secrets of anti-socialist, anti-democrats in Brighton and Hove. Unredacted.
