    Unbelievable story of development… @benwilliamss7 is a great role model and example for other young players to follow. Never picked for the Rhondda Schools dewar shield squad, never picked for any regional u’16s or u’18s squad…just a raw determination to improve & develop 👏🏻

    Along with our friends from @TonyrefailRFC the club is devastated by the passing of youth team coach Mark Pritchard. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this most terrible of times.

    GGRFC was rocked this week with the sad news that former player Darren Jones had passed away. Big Mambo was a much loved player, a rock at the heart of the double Silver Ball winning team of the 90s. Our sympathies are extended to his family at this terrible time. #ROC

    Glad to see the @WelshRugbyUnion go back to basics and call the community leagues 1 to 5 once again, getting rid of the 3a, 3b & 3c tags… Sensible move 👏🏻 We can confirm our Senior Squad will be visiting some familiar teams and opponents once again. Already looking forward 😁
