- In a good, safe place receiving treatment. Finally. Surrounded by sweet patients and kind staff. My friends and family have been immeasurably supportive. You lot continue to be my rock. I miss Maggie but I wouldn’t be anywhere else right now. Onward, upward, psyche ward.

- Wow, hard to believe that little over two weeks ago I was dead for 8 minutes, and on life support for a following 36 hours. Apart from numbness down one side, and no voice, I'm in good health. Massive thanks for all that have supported me. Finally feeling grateful for my life 😇

00:00 - I am grateful for my health. I don't think this enough. I don't know a lot of 55 year old men still running around stages, excited about the music they're making. It's fucking crazy that I got this far and still have plenty of gas in the tank. And I am grateful for your support.
