- I've expressed this thought privately before, but after tonight I'm proud to say publicly that Kyle Larson is absolutely the best race car driver I've ever seen.
- Kyle Larson is the best race car driver I've ever seen. Not saying you can't have a different opinion, but if the driver YOU think is the best hasn't won on both dirt and pavement in multiple disciplines, you're WRONG. 😉
- I just saw one of the best @WorldofOutlaws @NosEnergyDrink Sprint Car Serie races EVER, and I have no idea what I said over the last few laps. But DAMN THAT WAS GOOD!!!! 1) @DonnySchatz 2) Kyle Larson 3) @BradSweet49 @Lernerville was on point tonight!!
- As we remember Jason, mourn his loss, and send our love to his family today, please keep Daryn Pittman and his family on mind as well. Anyone who heard Daryn in victory lane last night knows how much he's hurting today as well. . .

- I love calling races with first time winners, but as unbiased as I try to be, calling @JacobAllen1a's first ever @WorldofOutlaws @NosEnergyDrink Sprint Car Series win was special. I can't think of anyone more deserving. Having @LSchuchart1s run second just made it better.
- I almost never go against a driver's wishes when it comes to sponsors/things I announce, but I'm making this exception: when I asked @Rico_Abreu what additional sponsors he wanted listed on @jachaudracing's Pennzoil car, he said "Nothing else. Don't even say my name." #ClassAct
- I called @BuckeyeBullet10's last @WorldofOutlaws @NosEnergyDrink Sprint Car Series win during my FIRST YEAR as the series announcer. I'm STOKED that I got to call another one tonight!
- Well... It had to end sometime. After 2357 consecutive @WorldofOutlaws races, I won't be at 81 Speedway this evening. Dealing with a health related issue. @dirtvision viewers (and everyone at the track) are in good hands with @connerwade66 calling the action tonight.
- THANK YOU to everyone who's posted, texted, called, etc today. I've said it so many times before, but it's no less true: I'm the most fortunate race fan in the world--I get to see the best every night and get paid to talk about it! Looking forward to the NEXT 2000!!
- The only thing bringing my heart any comfort tonight is knowing how well the racing family takes care of its own during the worst of times. Racing will miss a true gentleman. . .
- I'm a die-hard sprint car guy who knows almost nothing about late models, but I know @KyleLarsonRacin is the best race car driver I've ever seen with my own eyes.
