- Bill 71, the #BuildingMoreMinesAct, received Royal Assent today. This will ensure mines are built more efficiently to support a Made-In-Ontario supply chain that will fuel the global EV revolution. Thank you to my colleague PA @anthonyrleardi for all his work on this Bill.
- Pleased to speak to our government's investment of $15 million in the #CriticalMinerals Innovation Fund (CMIF) through #ONBudget2024. Mark Selby, of @CanadaNickel said that Ontario's investment in the #CMIF strengthens our economy & sets up Ontario as a top #Mining jurisdiction.
