    He stands because of his conscience (his family serves in the military). Teammates understand and embrace him. They kneel because of conscience (their family experiences inequality). He understands and embraces them. Respect. Empathy. Understanding. We can do this people.

    In speaking w/ college coaches at all levels... I’m hearing this critique more often. “she’s talented, but doesn't know how to play” Important to remember for those of us in charge of leading young players... ✔️Development is not only physical, but mental too!! We must TEACH!
