- There’s this window of opportunity, this key moment in history, that if we don’t stand up now and protect the Constitution and rule of law, we’ll never get it back.
- BREAKING: We just got a stay from the US Supreme Court to stop the Biden administration from rescinding Title 42. Our office led the charge to stop Joe Biden from rescinding Title 42. The safety of American families is NOT expendable to political expediency.
- Our Office has received many inquiries about the Texas v. Pennsylvania lawsuit filed at the U.S. Supreme Court and whether Arizona will participate. Here is my statement and our legal filing: azag.info/txbrief
- Today, a federal judge set a hearing date of November 10 for arguments in Brnovich v. Biden - our first-in-the-nation challenge to Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates. We are grateful to the federal court for expediting our lawsuit.

- Our filing today in the subpoena dispute between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the legislature details why the Arizona Legislature has constitutional authority to investigate the County's administration of elections. Read amicus brief: azag.info/amicus
- Great News – a federal judge has held that the Biden administration's attempt to force children and toddlers to wear masks in the Head Start Program was illegal. I am proud to help lead the charge to stop this unconstitutional mandate.
- President Biden is now taking federal overreach to unheard of levels by dictating vaccine mandates for all private companies with over 100 people, federal contractors, and healthcare providers receiving federal dollars. (1/3)
- Our office will file a lawsuit tomorrow morning once OSHA rules are officially published that will mandate COVID-19 vaccine requirements for private employers with more than 100 or more employees. Arizona will again take action to protect hard-working taxpayers.
- JUST IN: #SCOTUS rules in favor of Arizona's election integrity protections in 𝑩𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒗 𝑫𝑵𝑪. I am thankful the justices upheld states' ability to pass and maintain commonsense election laws, at a time when our country needs it most. More: supremecourt.gov/opinions/20pdf…
