- 5 years today since I was attacked and left with a brain injury. I still believe I’m learning and recovering each day, some harder than others. Thank you for all the support and well wishes over the last 5 years.
- Replying to @GaryCarter_1979Having learnt to walk, talk, hold a pen, dress myself. After 4 of the most challenging years of my life, I have been discharged from Salford Royal Hospital. I will always have a brain injury but learned to live with it and make it a part of everyday life. Onwards and upwards.

- Die hard Salford fans Joseph and Paul have travelled down to Wembley simply to have their photo taken to mark Salford’s appearance in the Challenge Cup Final for the first time in 51 years. They are travelling back to Salford now in case the city goes to Tier 3 lockdown.
