- Our hearts are heavy today as we get word that Rockwall Police Officer Tracy Gaines passed away from complications with COVID-19. Officer Gaines was a 20-year military veteran, worked as a Rockwall Police Officer for 15 years, and was married with two sons. Rest in peace, sir.
