- With no MP, councillor or Londoner allowed a vote on Khan's ULEZ expansion - the consultation was the only way to object. But despite outer London overwhelmingly saying no to Labour's road tax in TfL's consultation - the Mayor ignored them. It's simply undemocratic.

00:00 - Sadiq Khan's decision to expand ULEZ across Greater London in August 2023 is appalling. TfL's estimates say it will have little to no impact on air quality in outer London. But it will cost drivers who use their car every day up to £4,500 a year. Londoners can't afford it.
- I am delighted that the five local authorities, including Bromley, challenging ULEZ in the courts, have won the first stage in their legal battle against Sadiq Khan's decision. While the full legal case is still to be fought, today's decision is a significant step forward. 1/5
- Shameful. It seems the results ULEZ expansion consultation were manipulated by City Hall to downplay opposition. Over 5,000 Londoners' objections were excluded, so it looked like only 59% said no, instead of 67%. It appears he’s misled Londoners.
- This is a disgraceful waste of taxpayers’ cash. The Mayor should not be spending a quarter of a million pounds on a divisive, virtual signalling PR stunt which threatens to erase large swathes of London’s history. 1/3
- Today in the @Telegraph, I organised a letter demanding Sadiq Khan cancel his ULEZ expansion plans, which outer London cannot afford. Thank you to my 28 Conservative colleagues for signing the letter, including former Mayor @BorisJohnson and Minister for London @scullyp.
