Why are the people saying it's not SSJ4 Vegeta just because the Eyeline it's not there? Even if we ignore the voiceline... If it was Super Saiyan Vegeta... It wouldn't have those type of pupils... With another circle inside

I wonder what Ultra Vegeta’s intro animation will be… will Legends actually do it like the video, or just take the easy route base vegeta ➡️ scream ➡️ bright light ➡️ model swap ➡️ SSJ4 with pose at the end? ☠️☠️☠️
