If you are sitting at home waiting for a program to contact you first, you probably arenโ€™t going to get that call/text/email. You should be actively involved in your recruiting process by reaching out to programs you are interested in.

As a Baseball player, when you think you are good, you arenโ€™t good enough. You can always be replaced and there are athletes across the country who are trying to out work you. You can never be complacent in the game of Baseball. Set the bar high and enjoy every part of the grind!

Any college baseball is great college baseball! If you are D1 or bust, you have the completely wrong mindset. Go to a college that WANTS you! Whether that be D3, JUCO or NAIA. Go to a school that you will have the opportunity to play at!

Recruiting is like fishing. If you give up, you never know what you might catch! Exhaust all your options, whether that be posting videos, sending emails, or going to showcases. You never know when a coach might make contact with you! #uncommitted

Kids put so much pressure on themselves nowadays. The bar has been set so high, that if you don't throw hard enough or have the highest exit velocity, you aren't good enough. The players that are the best "Baseball Players" are the ones that have the most fun while they play!

I spoke with numerous Division 1 Coaches, 8 Division 2, 7 Division 3, and 2 Juco this week Zero have asked me for EV on a hitter Zero have asked me for max pull-down velo What do they ask? - how are his grades - has he gained weight or leaned out - how are his sleep patterns

RECRUITS Donโ€™t assume that college coaches are going to find you... Take OWNERSHIP of your recruiting process. Invest TIME & EFFORT into creating opportunities for yourself. Social media (DM/posts), email, camps ... there are more ways now than ever before to be identified!

Everyone wants to win, earn a scholarship, get drafted, but few are willing to put in the amount of work it takes for that to happen. You have to be willing to sacrifice & do things others arenโ€™t willing to do. Uncommitted players reach out. Letโ€™s find you a program! #GVO

Something all players out there should never forget. Whether youโ€™re playing D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO. It is an honor to play this game and donโ€™t take it for granted. Work hard so you can try to keep playing! If youโ€™re uncommitted reach out! Lets find you a program.

College coaches look at grades! If you are a problem in the classroom, you are going to be a problem in the clubhouse and on the field. Make sure school is your #1 priority now, so it doesn't hold you back in the future!

Wake up and grind today! Figure out a way to get reps in if the weather is bad! If you can't get to a weight room, do body weight stuff at home! You are the only person holding yourself back!

You are paying to go to a showcase! College Coaches are there to work the camp! Why not say hello and separate yourself? They might watch the next rep a little closer if you give them a reason to watch!

Poor body language could END your career path.. NO COACH (at any level) wants an "energy vampire" on their team, or a "me first" player! Positive body language will only lengthen that career.. ALL COACHES want "spark plugs" "energy givers" "team first" players in their program!
