- The district final was all it was hyped up to be: 2 good teams battling it out and a lot of great defensive plays. This time, South prevails 3-2 for our 26th district title. @GrabowskiCliff went the distance for the W!
- GPS will open up league play on Tues for the 40th such time under Coach Griesbaum. From the old E.M.L. to the MAC White & then the Red, he’s always appreciated our tough league opponents & the day-in day-out grind that comes with it. Congrats, Coach on the big milestone season!
- Congrats to Coach Griesbaum for being named one of 8 finalists for “National Baseball Coach of the Year” by @nhsaca! The winner will be chosen at their national conference in June. The honors, somehow, continue to roll in for the 2018 squad!
- A milestone day for the program! Congrats to Coach G on W #900! He is the 5th all-time to reach this milestone and is tops among active coaches. The boys are now 2-0, with a DH Saturday at 10 am vs Roseville at home.
- Congrats to our very own @AndrewDilodovi2 ‘25 on his signing with @BGSU_Baseball. We are so proud of your hard work, leadership, and performance, both on and off the playing field & we will enjoy the next steps of your career a great deal. #AyZiggy
- Congrats, Coach Griesbaum, on being named the Macomb Area Conference @MACSports1986 Coach of the Year for 2022! This is a great team accomplishment after an 11-4 MAC record and the MAC Red Title!
- We are excited to announce the newest addition to our staff, @Coach_BJustice, a 3rd yr HC for @arsenal_ballMI, Dir of Ops at @LakesideIndoor, and co-host of @ColdWeatherBats. We believe we are adding one of the area’s best young coaches that will improve our program from day 1!
- Congrats & best of luck to our very own @thejacobharris8 ‘21 on his commitment to @JHUBaseball /@JohnsHopkins to continue his baseball career & academic pursuits. The Blue Jays are getting a very high level performer both on the field & in the classroom. We are very proud!
- Congratulations to RHP Miles Jamieson on his commitment to Mid Michigan College where he will continue his academic pursuits as well as his baseball career. We believe Miles will be a great asset at the next level and will continue to improve yearly, as he always did at GPS!
