Who’s on this committee that decides what’s misinformation? I can think of several examples where CDC released misinformation. Do I write about that? @astupple
Do you have any evidence of this? Pics of ORs being used as ICUs? Pathologist working as ED docs? Any visual or other evidence would go along way on swaying the large bureaucracy that we have here in the US.
This review of SIBO is good for all the fans and skeptics alike. My takeaway was that SIBO testing is grossly overused, evidence quality for symptom association is very low. Really, we are still in exploration phase of this disorder #GITwitter#medEd

GI Pearls is not dead. Just on a little break. Working on the next episode. Coming soon. :-) #GITwitter#LiverTwitter#MedED#FOAMED Go listen to old episodes for time being.
what level of skepticism is acceptable, without calls against "undermining confidence?" cdc quoted a pre-print with COVID labeled 4th leading cause of death, many of those who sought a math correction (9th) were labeled anti-vax. Which part of GBD is anti-vax?
1/14 "In defense of Simethicone" - a Tweetorial for #GITwitter, #Gastroenterology - Instead of focusing on why we can't use Simethicone, I'll try to show you why we (endoscopists) should put it in the water, if u haven't, or re-start if you stopped.
