Fulton County Schools (FCS) is the fourth largest school system in Georgia.
- FCS closing schools Mon and Tues due to Hurricane Irma. Stay tuned to FCS website and social media for updates. Be safe.
- FCS is going @westlakelions blue in memory of principal Jamar Robinson (@JKRobinsonEDU) and his wife. He was an inspirational leader who brought joy with his passion for education and students. We join the community in remembering him and expressing our condolences to his family.
- FCS closed tomorrow, Sept 13, due to continued widespread power outages. 12-month staff report to work at their regular scheduled time.
- We have confirmed an employee coronavirus case. We are working with public health officials to determine the impact to our schools. All schools/offices will be closed on Tue., March 10, with additional closures possible. Updates will be shared by email and the district website.
- All FCS schools are closed Wednesday, Jan. 17 due to freezing temperatures and icy road conditions. Students and staff should not report.
- Schools closed for students and school staff on Friday, January 19, 2018. Twelve-month staff report on a 2-hour delay. FCS will be closed on Friday, January 19, for students and school-based staff due to unsafe road conditions throughout the county.
- Fulton County schools will be closed for students/teachers on Thurs, Feb 26. All 235 & 220 day employees should report to work at 11:00 am
