- This morning I received the phone call that nobody wants to get. My Dad passed away at home. It was gut wrenching. I loved my Dad very much & we talked everyday. I was once told, "if you want to be known for something, be known as a hard worker & a good person." That was my Dad.
- 4 months ago today, 8/8/23, Johnetta suffered multiple strokes vacationing with our children in Destin, FL. She spent 42 days in the hospital, before returning home on 9/22/23. She is making remarkable progress. Today’s video: No cane, No walker, No wheelchair, No brace, No cast!

- My wife drove the car by herself to the swimming pool this am. Hard to explain how BIG that is. She has come so far since her stroke last year. Her will and her belief is awe inspiring. 🙏🙏🙏
- BUC Fans! Today was a happy/sad day for me. So happy to be named the HC at Wake Forest & so sad to say goodbye to my TEAM & our FANS. Tears are streaming down my face thinking about all of the wonderful memories we shared together. ETSU will always remain in my heart! #FamilyOn3
- I asked my 16-year old son yesterday how the global pandemic had affected him since March? His response, "It's like getting grounded for a year with your parents." I didn't ask anymore questions.....
- I call my MOM after every game when I get in my car to drive home. My MOM, yes I said my MOM, told me after our win over VT today, she flipped back and forth between the game her oldest child was coaching to watch @CaitlinClark22?!?! Come on MOM, Really?!?! Caitlin > #1 Son #Geez

- Pippen & Rodman both starters. Pippen & Rodman both played NAIA. Pippen missed the bus his senior year for a game at Southern Arkansas. They were down at half. Pippen got a ride, started 2nd half with a alley opp, and it was over. I was in the stands with the baseball team
