- Construction of the weir bridge for the Broadmeadow Way is nearing completion. This greenway, linking Newbridge House and Malahide Castle with a shared walking/cycling route, will be delivered in 2026 and will cross the Broadmeadow estuary, offering spectacular views.

- We have worked with @Ecofil3 to install an outdoor contactless bottle refilling machine in Howth, the first of its kind in Europe. The bottle fillers provide users with non-contact clean and safe water without the risk of touching high-use buttons. Malahide is next on the list.
