    As a kid I wanted to work in games or be a filmmaker. Somehow today, I'm doing both. Alongside @Ereeeek, @EspressYoBeans and Andrew Corum, we're creating a full-length feature about the making of Hogwarts Legacy. I couldnt be more excited about the project

    One. Month. I don't think anyone can really prepare you for what the launch of your first game feels like. Immensely proud of the work everyone on the team has put into this, and the wait for these final four weeks is going to be tough!

    This moment still doesn't feel quite real to me. My first ever game reveal, and it's on a major property that held a formative part of my childhood. I wish I could go back 20 years and tell 13-year-old me this is where I am today. I hope you all enjoy what we have to show you.

    Fandom was a mistake. If you don't like something so much that you are demanding the creators change it? You aren't a fan. Being a fan doesn't mean you get creative control to make your fan-fiction and headcanon real.

    Just confirmed an additional feature in this patch that didn't make it into the patch notes: -Reduced the frequency of Ignatia Wildsmith's lines (a significant reduction), so while travel is definitely more convenient with Floo powder, you won't have to hear about it constantly.

    Xbox Series X & PC Hogwarts Legacy players, expect a patch today to fix bugs & performance. Unfortunately, the PS5 patch needs to be pushed by a few days. This includes the fix for the "Collector's Edition" Trophy. We're targeting later this week. Thanks for your patience!

    Hogwarts Legacy is still launching on February 10 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (in fact, we've gone gold on those platforms!)! We need a bit more time on the PS4 and Xbox One, however we also finally have a date for all of our Switch players!

    Hogwarts Legacy will launch on April 4, 2023 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and on July 25, 2023 for Nintendo Switch. The team is looking forward to bringing you the game and we want to deliver the best possible game experience across all platforms.
