    It transpires that #Iran violated the sovereign territory of #Azerbaijan by crossing the border & deploying its Army units next to the Khudafarin Dam in the Jabrayil district of Garabagh, & prevented the Azerbaijani Army from advancing to Zangilan in October 2020. 1/17
