⌛🏆 With just one day to go, serious concerns remain about whether @fifa’s promise of a safe, welcoming, & inclusive @FIFAWorldCup will become a reality. 🔗 Full statement from FSE & our @Sport_Rights partners: bit.ly/4eySU1V

The quote criticises FIFA’s perceived alignment with the Trump administration and argues that missing protections for LGBT+ fans demonstrate FIFA’s lack of leverage. 💰 Young people aren’t bored of watching professional football. They’re priced out of watching professional football by the very clubs who claim to be acting in their interests. ⚖️ Exhibit A: An €80 #UCL away ticket at Real Madrid.

🗣 “Enough is enough.” ❌ FSE wholly opposes plans to create an illegitimate & unfair breakaway #SuperLeague. Governing bodies must act now to stop a handful of wealthy clubs from ruining the game.

FSE is deeply concerned to see the return of fans being fenced in at tomorrow’s French Cup Final. Tragedies from the past have shown how dangerous such measures are. Solidarity with @A_N_Supporters, who are urgently seeking for the removal of the fences.

430+ groups. 27 nations. 3 million European fans represented. One message: #KeepFootballHome We stand united against the relocation of domestic league games abroad. 4 years after the super league, football faces a new existential threat. 🔗 bit.ly/47pqFQj
We, supporters’ groups from across Europe, representing millions of football fans, express our firm opposition to the ongoing attempt to subvert the rules of the game by allowing leagues to relocate games elsewhere around the world.

The latest efforts to disrupt the nature of European football with La Liga and Serie A trying to relocate games to the United States and Australia are a direct attack on the essence of football.

Should either of these leagues’ proposals be allowed to go ahead, it would instantly open a Pandora’s box with unpredictable and irreversible consequences. Every club, every national team, every fan base globally would be at risk of seeing the team they love taken away from them, relocated to another part of the world, for one game or more. Or see other countries’ competitions knock on their door, just as La Liga and Serie A’s presence would disrupt domestic football and fan culture in the United States and Australia.

Football is based on a set of rules and p
Clubs are neither entertainment companies nor traveling circuses. They exist for the benefit of their communities and provide a sense of belonging, where fans have been attending home games for generations. Breaking this vital bond, even temporarily, would undermine the cultural, social, and local roots that give our game its meaning.

The concept of flying players, staff, fans, and others across oceans for a “home” game is absurd, unaffordable, and environmentally irresponsible. It goes against European football’s stated commitment to sustainability and accessibility for all. It risks surrendering our clubs and our leagues to the will of entertainment companies, dictatorships, or vulture funds, whose interests in taking European football away from its home go against the very fabric of our sport.

Four years after European football stood united and defeated the super league, we are facing a similar existential threat. We invite fans, players, media, governments, and football officia

🚨 CONFIRMED: Return of away fans at UEFA club competitions. ✅ FSE can confirm that away fans will be permitted to attend European club competitions matches from next week. (local restrictions & travel requirement might still apply)
📣 ICYMI: FSE is calling for the blanket ban on away fans at UEFA club competitions to be lifted. ❌ Football fans shouldn’t be subject to specific exclusions, which amount to a form of unequal treatment. 🔗 Read more: bit.ly/2UOe4Dl

Fans at the Champions League final bear no responsibility for tonight’s fiasco. Thousands are still trapped outside the stadium, remaining calm in the face of a completely unreasonable situation. We urge the relevant authorities to ensure the safety of all fans.

FIFA continues its cycle of destruction against the greatest tournament on earth. Horrendous for supporters, disregards the environment and rolls the red carpet out to a host for 2034 with an appalling human rights record. It's the end of the World Cup as we know it.

📣 The decision to ban #Rangers fans from travelling to Lyon is an unacceptable restriction on freedom of movement & blatantly illegal. 🇫🇷 Together with @A_N_Supporters, we have filed an emergency proceeding with the French Administrative Supreme Court.

One week ahead of their away #UEL game against Rapid Vienna, & with 1,700 tickets already sold & travel arrangements made, #WestHam fans have been banned from attending the game. Disproportionate. Unacceptable. Time to end collective punishment, @UEFA.
UEFA has banned West Ham supporters from attending their next Europa League away tie with Rapid Vienna later this month.
