A Nigerian national was arrested, today, by the JHB Crime Prevention unit, for being in possession of 10000 mandrax tablets. Well done SAPS 👏👏👏

Four (4) suspects arrested with a consignment of pure cocaine estimated at R200 million.. Amongst the arrested is an SAPS Warrant Officer, Gauteng Traffic Senior Officer and a National Intelligence Unit Officer..

A man was arrested at the N12 roadblock on Friday, 17 April, for attempting to smuggle his girlfriend out of GP to MP, without a permit. Law enforcement asked the man to open the boot to search, they found a lady inside. She was also arrested, she consented to be smuggled.

SAB trucks were stopped at Chamdor near Kagiso, on their way to deliver alcohol worth about R13m. The drivers were fined. Police are looking for the managers who issued the instruction for the trucks to deliver, so they can be arrested. Well done Brigadier Maduna and team.

13 Suspects arrested for a CIT heist in Westrand. Amongst the arrested is an SANDF member and SAPS Officer. Police recovered stolen cash.

A lady was rescued after the car she was in, with 2 males, was stopped by police in Sebokeng. Said she last remembered being in Sasolburg, drinking with the guys and they were supposed to take her home around Sasolburg. She said she must have blacked out. 2 males detained.

This guy is being arrested at a roadblock, somewhere in Gauteng, for drinking in the car. Minister Cele spotted a lady smoking in the car and stopped them. While speaking with lady, this guy hid something at the back. Police checked & found the Russian Bear.

We discovered Russians that do not have an expiry date at Roots Butchery in Evaton Mall. They argue that they make the russians there and they make them daily. But putting them in a trolly like this is unhygienic.

A taxi was stopped in Mamelodi with 22 passengers, 11 adults and 11 children. They are coming from Marble Hall in Limpopo and allege that they used gravel roads to avoid roads with roadblocks. 6 children aged between 3-13 years are travelling unaccompanied.

Members of the Gauteng Traffic SLEU, SAPS, EMPD & JMPD, have arrested a suspect in Tembisa linked to the Rosettenville CIT incident. The suspect is believed to be the one who shot at the police helicopter. They also recovered 4 riffles, ammunition, police and G4S vests.

"Good morning, l'm so impressed by SAPS from Jabulani, my driver was hijacked yesterday and they recovered the bakkie with parcels within an hour in Zola North. Thanks to Sergeant Alexander and Sergeant Khoza for their swiftly respond" 👏👏👏 Very well done...
