- A tough lesson I learned in life is that no matter how nice you are, how much you do for people, how genuine you try to be... There will always be people who don’t like you. Don’t change for them. There’s nothing wrong with you. They are just not meant to be in your life.
- Emotional abuse is scary. The wounds don’t always show and the scars can be long lasting. Remember: Your feelings/emotions/wants/needs are valid Everything is NOT your fault You are NOT “too sensitive” or “crazy” You do NOT deserve abuse This is NOT love You deserve better
