- Very saddened today by the passing of former FZS Head Wrestling Coach Gary Pohlman. Gary was a great man, husband, father, teacher, principal, coach & friend. So many awesome memories shared with Coach Pohlman over the years. You will be greatly missed...Rest easy my friend.
- Nolan Sanker was upset that he missed the mile run in PE today while he was at JET. He insisted that he run it. So at 7 PM, we went up to South Middle & my little 2nd grader killed it!

- For the first time since 1999, your Bulldogs are GAC tournament Champs! Proud of our efforts today & blessed with the support of so many people!
- District Champs! 6th in 7 seasons! 10 state qualifiers! GO BULLDOGS!
- Class 4 District 2 Team Champs! 8th District Title in 9 years! 7 state qualifiers & a total team effort with every wrestler winning matches.
- And so we wrap up another Great season of FZS Bulldog Wrestling! What was predicted to be a “down” year by many after graduating 7 seniors turned into a 9-3 dual record, our 5th District Title in 6 years & 2 state medals. Amazing how much this program accomplishes! #getbetter
- Cameron Rudy STATE CHAMPION!
- Olivia Atkins wins in the blood round and is the 1st FZS Girls wrestler to earn a state medal in the history of the school!!!
- Jena, Our 3rd Wrestling State Champ in school history, with our 2nd Cameron Rudy 2017 & our 1st Erick Todd 1999!
