Even reading back that sentence still seems unreal in a way. Look after yourself and when you can’t, let others look after you because there’s always someone who cares #SuicidePreventionDay Gx

- Matt Haig hitting the nail on the head as usual. It’s important not to define people by the way they died. Scott died from depression. I get that there’s more of a story but you wouldn’t define a cancer victim’s life by what happened at the end so why suicide?
