    Today our local MP @jeremycorbyn visited our mosque to address the community and call for an immediate ceasefire and allow humanitarian aid to Gaza. Thanks Jeremy for your continuous support to the Palestinian cause. International Law must be upheld & Civilians must be protected

    Our local MP @jeremycorbyn visited the Mosque last week to check how the pop up vaccination is going, he heard from the NHS staff and our volunteers how exited they are to see so many people already vaccinated at the Mosque.

    Tonight we hosted our annual Iftar with brilliant faith leaders, politicians, and public servants showcasing the best of our local community. Wonderful discussions were had, important reminders were made and delicious food was shared. This is what Ramadan is about.

    Today we commemorated the 7th anniversary of Finsbury Park attack to remember Makram Ali who lost his life and other worshippers who were injured by the attack, our communities in Islington still stand united against hate & that is down to local people leading & showing the way.

    On the 5th anniversary of the Finsbury Park terror attack, we remember Makram Ali, a much-loved member of our community. To move forward, #Islamophobia in all its forms must be tackled. We have seen the tragic consequences when Islamophobia is not addressed. More must be done.
