Replying to @FOOL_NELSON3/ Brennan then sets up his "fusion cell" in early August where incidental collection of information on US citizens appears to be a theme with the CIA and NSA passing potential American criminality to the FBI. Were Manafort's communications with Kilimnik incidentally collected?
