- Parents, don’t hold your breath… CDC & FDA abandoned their posts. Keep sticking with your intuition and keep those COVID jabs away from your kids.
- Regardless of what @CDCgov votes tomorrow on whether COVID-19 vax are added to routine child immunizations - nothing changes in FL. Thanks to @GovRonDeSantis, COVID mandates are NOT allowed in FL, NOT pushed into schools, & I continue to recommend against them for healthy kids.

- Did the COVID-19 vaccine trials for kids <5 show a reduction in severe illness? Did the trials show a benefit for those with a prior COVID-19 infection? Is there a benefit for kids with no pre-existing conditions? Florida puts data over ideology. That’s not going to change.
- Any other labels you want to throw at me? The conversation at the grown-up table is about why the COVID-19 vaccine for children was approved with no data on clinical benefit. You’re free to come join the adults once you’re done name-calling..@FLSurgeonGen’s letter doubles down on the dangerous anti-vax rhetoric that has been driving @GovRonDeSantis’ #COVID-19 policies. By impeding access to these lifesaving vaccines, Florida is endangering the health of kids.
- As Surgeon General, I cannot recommend that healthy children receive the COVID-19 vaccine. When their overall risk is low, & there is a higher than anticipated rate of serious adverse events in clinical trials, it is unclear if benefits outweigh the risks...
- These deaths aren’t captured by other studies because these patients never made it to the hospital…mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are far less safe than any vaccines widely used. When does sanity return to science? Why do scientists breathlessly defend this technology? 🤔
- I am calling for a halt to the use of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.
- Replying to @FLSurgeonGenFinally, is it really that hard to imagine that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines that increase myocarditis in young men by 10x, 20x, or 30x (see Karlstad et al, JAMA Cardiology, 2022) also increase the risk of cardiac death in that age group? Of course it's not, and we all know that. 😉
