00:00- Please welcome Knox Scott Sabo to the world! In true Sabo fashion he was born on St. Patrick’s Day 3/17 at 4:34 PM! He was 7 pounds 3 ounces. Mom was a trooper and was in labor for 36 hours! Both are doing extremely well! The F.I.S.T. Family continues to grow! #FISTfootball #KSS

- Can we get away from the stigma that linemen are supposed to be fat, unathletic, and dumb? I see it all too much in movies and TV. Linemen are often some of the smartest people omg he field, and in the last 20+ years have become freaksihly athletic. Let’s change the culture.
