    Mandera Governor @aliiroba today hosted a luncheon for 15 girls top performers who sat the last KSCE examination and awarded a scholarship to study in Turkey. From Medicine, Engineering to many other useful courses Mandera County will immensely benefit from this initiative.

    Nothern Kenya to get a complete Tarmac road courtesy of @WorldBankKenya's Ksh. 120Billion funding. The construction of the road is underway(22% done). It commences from Isiolo Town, goes through Kachuru,Meru County to Modogashe-Wajir -Mandera Towns in North Eastern Kenya.

    The FCDC signed an implementation agreement with @KeNHAKenya. The 2 organizations shall jointly implement the Horn of Africa Gateway Development Project a @WorldBankKenya supported initiative. This is the construction of ISIOLO to MANDERA Road. The construction to start soon.

    Did you know that the Ishaqbini Hirola Sanctuary, located in Ijara sub-county, Garissa county, is home to both the critically endangered Hirola Antelope & the only white giraffe in the world? Having birthed a male calf in Feb 2017, mama giraffe is again expectant 😍
