- Today the original Coach Alcantar made his way to heaven to start coaching again. Thank you for everything pop, I couldn't ask God for a better father. Pray for my mom and family. Short time here for an eternity in heaven. See you later pop....

- Replying to @JoeHealey42It was my dad's leg that my mom was holding up, lol. My pops has been a season ticket holder for over 40 years. He lost his leg to diabetes, told him idk if we can go to ASU games anymore dad. He said just cut it off and put ASU on it and I will Walk there with it!
- We get to wake up today and be thankful for so many things. But today the kids from from Cesar Chavez High School get to be thankful to play their first high school football game of the year!!!! Finally, it game day!!!!
- As coaches we lose thought of what is really important & those who have sacrificed with us without saying anything. My little guy has always been there by my side during all our HS games. I was fortunate to finally coach him. This is one of my reasons of "why" love you buddy!
- It is almost done, it is going to be the best looking stadium in the state here soon.....

- Excited to say Cesar Chavez High School will be getting a turf field this year, God willing we get to play on it!
- Congratulations to all the playoffs teams, be thankful to be playing no matter where you are. We would give anything to be in your guys shoes!!!! Next year is going to be something special, it won't be taken for granted by us.
- Hurting for our district PXU in the decision they had to make for our safety, kids always 1st. At the same time AIA has to step in help make an equal playing field for all our kids. It's hard for our kids to watch other schools play on Friday nights. Hurting for THE PXU ATHLETES
- A couple interesting things tonight at CVHS. We were down our HC @Coach_Gehrts, but to see the plan he put together & the way he go the coaches ready was impressive. Won 1st region title in school history. The best thing is, our interium HC Rudy Pacheco got a win at 81 years old.
