Recently @FFA_GovNL Resource Enforcement Officer Ryan Collier took action to rescue 7 pot head whales that had become beached in the Town of Embree. Officer Collier's quick response and efforts over a 3-hour period allowed the whales to survive. A great job indeed! #GovNL

- Salmonier Nature Park staff are saddened to announce the passing of Buddy, the ever popular & friendly caribou which has made the park his home since 2014. Buddy found a mate at the Park and has two offspring which still reside there. It is believed Buddy died of old age. #GovNL
