- Medal of Honor recipient Ron Shurer has died after his long battle w/ cancer. He was an SF medic, a husband & father who passed away at the age of 41. After he left the military Shurer became a Secret Seevice Agent. He will always serve as a shining example. May he Rest In Peace.
