- The past 48 hours have been a whirlwind of emotions, and I am deeply grateful for everyone’s support. Sharing my personal journey and experience was difficult, but I knew it needed to be told.
- Replying to @OfficialJLDEva Burch, candidate for AZ LD 9 here. Thank you! We raised over 20k in the last run, and it makes a difference. Planned Parenthood has already suspended AZ abortion services. We are in crisis, and the only way for us to reclaim our civil liberties is in the state legislature.
- Today I dropped off my first bills as an AZ senator. They address rape kit notifications, rights for pregnant workers, insurance coverage for breast cancer screenings, and rights for victims of domestic violence. Most have bipartisan support and I'm optimistic they'll be heard.
- I'm counting this as the best birthday a girl could ask for. Last week, I received a call from @VP Harris, who told me that she had heard my abortion story. She called to thank me for using my voice in the fight for reproductive freedom here in Arizona.
00:00 - The Arizona State Supreme Court just reinstated a near-total ban on abortion. Electing Democrats up and down the ballot is the only way to ensure people retain their reproductive freedom and have options for their healthcare and for themselves.

- Republicans are flip-flopping their stances on abortion, and it is an obvious, transparent, politically expedient move ahead of the November elections. What we need to do is elect Democrats up and down the ticket from the President to our state legislatures.
