Sucks that Nintendo had to pull Direct from the UK just because they named it The Legend of Zelda: Link Shoots The Actual Queen Of England With A Real Gun

Hello, fellow respectful gentlemen. How can I tell my players "no gays no non-binaries tradwifes only final destination", but in like a classy way?
    Reddit thread:
How do I explain a campaign table rule in the most charitable, inoffensive, and genial way possible?

Hello everyone. I getting a new campaign off the ground and I offered a player seat to a forever DM friend of mine. He’s super stoked and I’m very excited to have him there. We’re good friends, but we’re the type of friends where we both agree to not talk politics for the sake of our friendship. I’m sure readers from America can relate to this.

Here’s my dilemma: due to personal preference, comfort level, and the conventions of the world I’ve built; I have decided to disallowed the exploration of LGBTQ+ themes, gender expression outside of male and female, and polyamory. This game is an escape for my friends and I from the real world, so I try to keep contentious real-world topics out of my games... [the rest is just guff about how he has the "utmost respect" for people who aren't homophobic and doesn't mean to cause offence with his dipshit question]

Invented a new genre I call "cozy cyberpunk". It's got all the cool aesthetics of cyberpunk without the uncomfortable political stu—wait a second

Real cosmic horror is a guy branding himself as an "anti-SJW" gaming YouTuber and realising too late that he's become indistinguishable from a hundred other guys and none of them produced anything that will be remembered in a few years and the darkness is closing in

Incredible subject choice on this r/RPG post
"Am I wrong to be annoyed about my wife's brain trauma?"

Hello, all, Game Master of roughly 25 years. My wife's been in our gaming circle for roughly 15 years, now, and while I wouldn't say she does this as frequently as she names characters some variant of "Anne", she falls back on amnesia for her backstory quite a bit. I think she's played a blank-slate amnesiac six times or so?..."

I think alot of newer GMs are afraid to tell players "no" during character creation/session zero. Don't be.
Another tweet going around lately features a silhouette lineup of D&D races, all marked "Always"/"Sometimes"/"Never". This is a new version with:

Elf, Triangular (Always)
Elf, Horny (Never)
Orc (Never)
Human (Never)
Orc, Warcraft (Always)
Homestuck Troll (Always)
Literally just a VTuber (Always)
Inflated Sonic (Sometimes)

    Replying to @Ettin64
Choosing to believe this guy is anti-polyamory because he's playing 5E and players keep abusing the Ceremony spell, marrying each other for the AC bonus. Ridiculous.
