- William “Billy” Kelly, President of Erin’s Own G.A.A club, passed away peacefully in Killure Nursing Home yesterday 27th May surrounded by his family. Elected as President in 2003, it marked the culmination of a lifetime’s dedication to the boys, girls, men and women of his club

- We braved the elements today to capture a quick snap of the brand new Waterford Civic Trust blue plaque, which commemorates 100 years to the very day of Erin’s Own GAA club. Thanks to all who came along to honour this historic event for our club @WaterfordGAA @WfdCivicTrust
- Erin’s Own GAA club would like to offer our condolences to the family of the late Jackie Condon. Jackie was part of the clubs last senior hurling championship winning side in 1962 and also an All-Ireland winner with Waterford in 1959. Ar dheis De go raibh a hanam.
- Huge well done to clubmen @EoinMorrissey88 & Mark Kennedy who were involved in officating thier first senior inter county game on Saturday for Carlow V Tipperary in Dr. Cullen park 👏👏
- Billy Kelly being presented a special gift from his grandson Sam on behalf of Erin’s Own Players and committee. The centenary year edition jersey is a modern take on the historic jersey. The number 2 represents the number worn by Billy in his last county championship win💙💛
