00:00 - POLICY UPDATE: If the social channels connected to your Support-A-Creator profile fail to meet the minimum social media followers specified in the Support-A-Creator FAQ (or we are unable to verify you have maintained that minimum) three times, you will be exited from the program.
- Creators! Support A Creator Facebook and Instagram OAuth failures are being addressed, and you will not need to reconnect your account to remain compliant until its fixed.
- Replying to @EpicCreatorsAfter changing passwords on your social accounts connected to the program, we recommend logging into the Support A Creator portal and checking that your accounts are connected properly to avoid any issues. Read our help article for more info: epic.gm/SupportACreato…
- Creators! Ahead of The Rift Tour, be sure you’ve fully linked your YouTube channel to your Support-a-Creator account using the SAC Dashboard. Content on properly linked accounts will have no monetization restrictions for seven days, and no takedowns after.
- Fortnite Creators! "The End" is a one-time, in game event. Creators should take steps to record and archive your experience, as replays will not be available. Before the event begins, check and adjust your visual options to craft your preferred viewing experience before joining!

- Creators! Due to an error, you may have noticed an extra payment related to your Support a Creator earnings. This payment for September revenue is accurate, but was released earlier than intended. As a result, the next round of payouts will be released as scheduled in December.
- HEADS UP: If you logged into the Support-A-Creator portal at our request, and didn't see a banner - have no fear! No banner = You're good to go. We are working on adding a "No Action Required" banner soon. Check back here, and the portal, for news and updates!
